This kit contains the components needed for the interface circuitry surrounding a ZX-40a, ZX-40p or similar microcontroller in your home automation, industrial control, robotics or other embedded system project. It could also be used with the ZX-44a or ZX-44p but it is more likely that one would choose surface mount components for such an application.
This kit includes the following parts:

| 1 - ST232 level converter IC (or equivalent) |
| 7 - 10K resistors |
| 5 - 100nF capacitors |
| 2 - 10nF capacitors |
| 2 - 27pF capacitors |
| 1 - 10uH inductor |
| 1 - 2N3904 NPN transistor |
This kit can be used with a solderless breadboard or it can be used with a ZX-40 Interface Board.
Note that this parts kit is intended for ZX devices that require an external EEPROM for Program Memory. For ZX devices that do not, the ZX Parts Kit B may be more appropriate.
