Resource Usage Documentation

Resource usage is documented for most of the system library functions but not all. For example it should be noted that the Console and Debug.Print routines utilize COM1.

The summary at the beginning of the System Library Routine reference manual for resource usage is also missing Timer2 and USART usage from the list. In some ways it can be argued that this information is better placed in the Programming Reference.
