Occasionally (say, a few times per afternoon), the text's highlighting goes completely awry, usually right after a compilation. Perhaps the entire code becomes plain; other times, random letters are various colors, and random words are bold, italic, etc. Like the formatting has lost its reference on where the divisions occur.

There is no way to restore the text's formatting without closing the file, and reopening it.
This is not a big deal, but worth bringing to your attention in case you did not already know it.
Note: I use Win 98SE.
