|
|
Hi Don,
Apparently my flash is not being rewritten.
The same program stays in there.
Turning off the power or pressing the reset
button makes no difference.
I disabled the RTC with Register.TIMSK2 = 0
Does this have anything to do with it?
How do I turn it back on or is this done
on power up?
I have the 1280n

Select "Serial Port Options" from the Options menu. In the resulting dialog, make sure the checkboxes "Display Progress Indication" and "Verify after downloading" are checked. Then compile your program (F7) and download it (F5). What do you see? |

It downloads with no errors and the USB LED's blink on the 1280n.
That part is obviously working.

I don't recall when it first started as I made minor changes
in a for next delay routine and monitored the output
on a pin 14 with the scope.

OK Don will do.
Is there a way to turn the RTC back on?
If that works I won't need to send it back.

I'll run a test here to see if I can reproduce the problem. Meanwhile, sending it back is the fastest way to resolve the issue. |
