can someone give me step by step so i can get back my source from a zx-24p please.

Unfortunately, it isn't possible. When you compile, your source code is converted either to VM instructions (for a VM device like the ZX-24p) or to machine instructions (for a native mode device like the ZX-24n). The source code is not stored in the device at all.

Good advice (that is frequently ignored) is to backup your source files early and often. For important files, it is further advisable to also store them off-site. A free resource like DropBox is useful in this regard for smaller quantities of data (2GB of storage is free).
